Services
Three ways to put AI to work.
Start with an audit, or come with something you already know you need.
- Start here
AI & automation audit
A short, fixed-scope look at where AI and automation will pay off in your company, and where they won’t. You leave with a plan, whether or not you build it with us.
- A map of how work flows today
- Opportunities ranked by effort and impact
- A build plan you can take anywhere
AI agents & workflows
Agents and automations that take repetitive work off your team: lead routing, support triage, reporting, onboarding, data entry. Connected to your tools, with a person in the loop where it matters.
- Workflows mapped with clear owners
- Agents with guardrails and run logs
- Docs your team can run without us
Custom apps & internal tools
Web apps, MVPs, and internal tools on a modern stack, with AI features where they earn their place.
- MVPs and customer-facing web apps
- Dashboards and admin tools for your team
- AI features inside your product
Examples
What we can build for you.

- TriggerA support ticket comes in
- AI agentClassify it and draft a reply from your docs
- Human reviewYour team approves before it sends
- Example

- TriggerFirst Monday of the month
- AI agentPull metrics from Stripe and your database
- Human reviewYou edit and send it from Google Docs
- Example
Contract intake
Contracts and invoices become rows in your tracker, with renewal dates you won’t miss.
- TriggerA contract lands in your inbox
- AI agentExtract parties, dates, and terms
- ActionLog it and remind you before renewal
- Example
Customer onboarding
A new customer gets a ready workspace and a welcome written for their use case the moment the deal closes.
- TriggerA deal closes in your CRM
- ActionCreate the workspace and invite their team
- AI agentSend a welcome tailored to their use case
Process
How a project runs.
Four steps, and you know the price before anything gets built.
Intro call
Thirty minutes on what’s slowing your team down. We’ll tell you honestly whether AI or automation is the right fix.
Audit & plan
We map the workflow, size the opportunities, and agree on scope, timeline, and price before any build starts.
Build in the open
Short cycles and working software early, so you see real progress instead of status reports.
Launch & hand-off
We ship to production, document everything, and walk your team through it so the system keeps running without us.
FAQ
Questions founders ask first.
What kind of companies do you work with?
Startups that want AI and automation working in their product or operations, without hiring a dedicated team for it first.
Do we need to have AI figured out before we talk?
No. Bring the problem, not a spec. The intro call and the audit exist to work out where AI helps, where a plain automation is enough, and where nothing needs to change.
Which tools and models do you work with?
The ones you already use: your CRM, support desk, Slack, docs, database, and APIs. We pick the AI model for each job and keep a person in the loop wherever a mistake would be expensive.
How is pricing structured?
The audit has a fixed scope and a fixed price. Builds are scoped and quoted after the audit, so you know the cost before any work starts.
How long does a project take?
It depends on scope, so we don’t guess on the first call. The audit is short and fixed-scope, and it ends with a timeline for the build alongside the price.
Who owns what you build?
You do. Code, workflows, prompts, and documentation are yours once the project is paid for.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes. We’re happy to sign yours before you share anything sensitive.
What happens after launch?
We hand over the documentation and walk your team through it. If you want us to keep improving the system, we agree on that separately.
